Yuan Wen(Shanghai)Law Firm held the activity of “YuanWen Campus

   In order to facilitate the communication and better serve the various schools, the director lawyer Xi Zhenghui from Yuan Wen(Shanghai)Law Firm led more than 10 lawyers to held the activity of “Yuanwen Campus” in Shanghai Gaoxing Middle School in the afternoon of October 19, 2015, conducted special legal lectures and consultations, and meanwhile held the signing ceremony of the legal adviser for the following year.

   The special legal seminar was divided into three sections: first, the director lawyer Xi Zhenghui talked about relevant typical campus cases reported by the Supreme Court mainly against minor crimes, and the content was informative with a high educational and warning significance; then, the senior partner lawyer Rong Jinliang explained relevant contents on school safety accident prevention, with rich cases, the vivid language and good on-site interactive effect; finally the partner lawyer Xu Junxia talked on risk management on school laboring and elaborated the possible employment issues with rich cases, causing leaders and teachers to think.

   Over 40 participants from middle, primary and secondary schools attended the event, and made actively communication and interaction with lawyers from Yuan WenLaw Firm to gain good results. After the meeting, all participants jointly set up a Wechat group for "YuanWenCampus" to establish a long-term working mechanism to make exchanges and share information.

   To better serve the schools, Yuan Wen Law Firm established a special working group with the director from the firm as the leader to take charge. Each school has a dedicated lawyer to make respective docking and he daily consulting. If schools have difficult problems, the responsible lawyers would submit the problem to the working group for discussion, the firm would arrange professional lawyers to resolve this, thus to ensure the quality of legal services.
